To achieve this, ISI ROB combines several technologies within the AGILE 3D automation software platform, which groups all programming tasks (robot, rotary table and scanning head) in a single interface.

AGILE 3D allows non-expert technicians, after a basic one-day training course, to complete the programming of new part numbers in minutes. Workshop operators then perform the measurements following a simple and user-friendly 4-step guided sequence:

  1. Position part.
  2. Select reference.
  3. Execute measurement.
  4. Automatic measurement reports.
